PLANET is an international organization serving lawn care professionals, exterior maintenance
contractors, installation/design/build professionals, and interiorscapers. PLANET develops and maintains active programs for
approximately 4,000 member firms in the areas of business management, government affairs, public relations, technical assistance,
safety and insurance, education, and inter-industry relations with other facets of the green industry.
The Eastern Shore Building Industry Association is a professional association
with the mission to insure a standard of quality construction. ESBIA provides information about approved construction practices,
techniques and materials as well as a referral list of established professionals who carry the highest industry credentials
to work on your home. All members are pre-screened and evaluated prior to being granted membership. And all members meet our
high standards for quality construction, customer service, reliability and adherence to our Code of Ethics.
Founded in 1993, the ICPI is considered the premier organization for the development and
dissemination of information relating to the interlocking concrete pavement industry. The ICPI provides professionals with
installation certification on two levels as well as continuing education. Through a library of technical publications, online
resources and Interlocking Concrete Pavement Magazine the organization provides its more than 800 members with the very latest
industry developments. The ICPI engages in technical, marketing, educational and government relations missions on behalf of
its members.
The BBB is the nation’s premier organization for setting ethical business practices
maintaining fair treatment for consumers. Members are required to adhere to the highest standards of conduct.
Founded in 1899, the ASLA is the national
professional association representing landscape architects. Beginning with 11 original members, ASLA has grown to more than
16,200 members and 48 chapters, representing all 50 states, US territories, and 42 countries around the world. ASLA promotes
the landscape architecture profession and advances the practice through advocacy, education, communication, and fellowship.
